• If seeking a promotion, complete a Merit application listing the class(es) to be evaluated for by following the appropriate application process for the job class for which you are applying (i.e., "On-Line Application" or "Paper Application") by going to http://oa.mo.gov/pers/howtoapply.htm
  
• The proper merit classification titles must be listed on all applications submitted to OA/PD.
